Spooners Bay offers options for both the offshore fisherman seeking to fish the famed Pocket, or those who prefer the pristine waters of the Joulter Cays. We are happy to host all levels of fishermen, from the novice to seasoned.
OFFSHORE FISHING
The Carolina Gentleman boat is owned and operated by Captain Skipper Gentry. The Carolina Gentleman is a 60' Custom Miller sportfish that boasts a yacht finished interior with cold AC and an exceptionally clean bathroom (Head), spacious and comfortable salon, and mezzanine. This boat is cared for like a yacht as it is owner operated. We cruise at 28 knots and reach our fishing destination within 15 minutes of departing the slip, which is just minutes away from our lodge.

FLATS FISHING
We have 3 flats boats that are ready to take you to the Joulter Cays. The Joulters have the most beautiful flats and crystal blue waters. People travel from all over the world to target bonefish here in Andros, Bahamas. Our boats are conveniently located on the beach behind the lodge, where your professional Bahamian guide awaits you to depart for the day.
