Deposit / Cancellation

50% Deposit of trip total is due to secure your dates. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival to apply deposit to a future stay within 12 months. Holidays and tournaments NOT included. Lost deposit less then 30 day notice. Deposit payment received is acknowledgement of all of our policies.

Check-In / Check Out

Check-in time is 3pm, Check Out time is 10am.

We try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate variating flight schedules. Spooners Bay Lodge reserves the right to extend or not extend on these times. Should guests stay on property later than 10am, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

Fishing / What to Expect

We provide all tackle, bait, and bottled waters for your day on the water. For flats fishing, we provide each angler with a spinning rod. Avid Fly Fishermen typically bring their own fly rods. Should you forget your fly rod or flies, we have fly equipment. We have a small assortment of flies available should you want to purchase. We always recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing. Wear or bring a good pair of water or wading shoes for flats fishing, as you may be wading for some schools of bonefish.

Inclusive Prices

If your package is all inclusive, we provide all Meals and bottled waters. Alcohol is not included. We are happy to provision alcohol prior to your arrival.

Additionally, please let us know if you have any food allergies and preferences for your stay with us. We pride ourselves on providing delicious meals for our guests with flexible options.

Covid Restrictions

All of our guests must adhere to the restrictions and policies of the Bahamian Government. A Travel Visa is currently required for all International travelers wishing to enter the Bahamas. To obtain this Visa, a negative covid test or proof of vaccination is required. This is a fairly easy process that we are happy to guide you through.
